The activities in this unit remain largely the same, but some have been reordered to improve the flow of the unit. In addition, there were two big improvements made. 

-First, students will now begin with a real world event.
-Second, the Mosa Mack mystery has been moved to lesson 3 to align it more tightly with the rescue device that students create in the engineering challenge.

Lesson 3: Engineer a way to rescue Dullis

The New Design:
​Lesson 1: Jeddah Tower Clip + Tallest Tower Challenge (previously called the “rescue tower challenge”)
Lesson 2: “Float your Boat Challenge” + Analyzing engineering successes and failures
Lesson 3: Mosa Mack Mystery of Saving Dullis + Engineer a way to rescue Dullis.
